Use of the service
By using RichTea, you agree to provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use the service only for legitimate ordering and payment activities.
Orders and payment
Order totals are calculated server-side. Online GCash/QR Ph payments are processed through PayMongo, and an order is marked paid only after verified payment confirmation.
Account security
Keep passwords, OTPs, and password-reset links confidential. RichTea staff should never ask for your password or OTP.
Prohibited activity
You must not bypass authorization controls, manipulate prices or order data, access another user's information, upload executable files, or interfere with the service.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the service or applicable requirements change.
