Information we collect
RichTea collects information needed for account registration, authentication, ordering, delivery, customer support, payment processing, and system security. This can include name, email address, contact number, delivery information, order details, payment status, and security records.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the RichTea service, authenticate users, process and deliver orders, send necessary account notifications, prevent abuse, and maintain the system.
Payment information
Online GCash/QR Ph payments are processed through PayMongo. RichTea does not ask customers to provide their GCash password, PIN, or OTP to the RichTea application.
Protection and retention
Access is restricted according to role and authorization controls. Personal data and security records should be retained only for as long as necessary for the applicable business, legal, security, and project requirements, and then securely deleted or anonymized.
Philippine Data Privacy Act
RichTea is designed to apply appropriate organizational, physical, and technical safeguards consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012. Questions about personal information may be directed to the system administrator through the Contact page.
